The first Rainforest Ventures development will be announced late 2007. The first step in a five year project development strategy. Preliminary negotiation and site selection process is underway in several regional markets, with expectation of further projects during 2008. All developments will involve endorsement and government support of hosting locations.

Each rainforest visitor attraction will be entirely different in design and scale; with innovative architecture a key feature. The attractions will replicate different rainforest habitats; assuring diversity of knowledge and botanic species conservation. Education and rainforest conservation are valued aspects of the company’s objectives.

Visitors are incentivised to access Rainforest projects other than by private car. Park and ride and non polluting public transport schemes are planned in conjunction with local authorities; with tram, metro, trolleybus and rail favoured for provision of site access. Rainforest hotels integrally linked to the rainforest visitor attraction will be scaled in size according to market demand and demographics.

Further leisure, retail, hotel and associated development including and other public venues, is anticipated as elements in new-build schemes.
